The firm behind the partner.
An invitation-only house for senior bankers, consultants and operators — without the pyramid.
Fifty-five senior former CEOs, bankers, consultants and operators are already here. Their collective record includes billions of dollars of transactions and substantial AI transformation work. As a partner, you would keep the client and most of the fee. Beneath you would sit a system that does what the pyramid used to do; beside you, a credible name and a bench that has run the world's institutions. And a seat in the decade's largest questions.
Invitation only. One partner per lane. The count of those we decline is kept.

FOR WHOM
Three kinds of people build this firm.
The senior banker.
You would keep the client and most of the fee. You could run more mandates, with the deal team as a system beneath you — the pitch book by morning, the model and the buyer list — and the necessary institutional support intended to sit behind you.
The senior consultant.
Your case team would return as a system. Fees could be simpler, billing faster and senior attention undiluted. You would work beside peers of your own vintage, with complementary judgment nearby when the question changes shape.
The senior operator.
The boardroom without the bureaucracy. You could lead the engagements only an operator can — operating model, transformation, the first hundred days — consider future seats and mandates, and join conversations about how AI may change your industry. If you are still in the chair, only the last of these would apply.
A House of partners and members across the United States, the Middle East, Asia and Australia — one partner per lane, in each.
A HUNDRED YEARS AGO
A hundred years ago the great firms took the shape of a pyramid because the arithmetic demanded it.
In 1926 the accounting partnerships were taking their modern form, and the investment banks were already a few men above a floor of clerks. A partner's judgment was scarce, and the only way to sell more of it was to put labour underneath it. The pyramid was never the purpose. It was the multiplier, and for a century it was the only multiplier there was.
The labour under the partner is now a system. The work a case team or a deal team did through the night is done by morning, to one standard. That is not a productivity gain for the pyramid; it is the end of the pyramid's reason to exist.
The incumbents cannot act on it — their revenue is priced on the pyramid, their partners are paid from it, their succession is its apprenticeship. The firms that could free their best people are the ones structurally unable to. So we built one that can.
WHAT YOU GET
The House would supply everything your old firm supplied and nothing it should not have.
Capacity without headcount.
The deal team and the case team would become a system. A small group could do what once required many.
A name without an org chart.
The House would provide a credible name, a bench behind it and the institutional support appropriate to the work. Your name would come first.
A seat in the questions.
You could contribute to the questions facing policymakers, boards and industries as AI changes financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, consumer and manufacturing. Your name would stay on the work.
You would keep the client. You would keep most of the fee. You could own a share of the house you help build.
HOW IT WORKS
A conversation could lead to your first invoice in about thirty days.
Conversation
an hour, no deck.
Your last ten
which mandates would follow you; you decide.
Shadow mandate
we rebuild one of your own in forty-eight hours; you keep the work.
Terms
in a page: payout tier, warrants, where the work runs.
Two weeks
your tenant, your record, your class.
First invoice
a proposal could be ready by morning; the House would collect.
The intended terms would include no draw, no guarantee and no exclusivity on your relationships — only on where the work would run.

THE CIRCLE
Every member is represented by an agent that knows the real record.
Not a profile you write about yourself, but a record of what you have done — skills proven, not claimed; availability; goals; the people who vouch for you. Agents talk before people do: they find the fit, verify it, summarise both sides, and only then suggest a meeting. The result is work worth doing and rooms worth joining.
A public profile is a performance. The Circle is a record.
ADMISSION
